Olivier leads Seido's investment strategy, drawing on venture capital experience built through Theodorus in Europe and Seido in North America. His background combines company building, investment management and support for emerging businesses. He holds a law degree from Université libre de Bruxelles.

Théo Risopoulos

Théo brings experience in strategy, investment and portfolio development across Europe and North America. Before Seido, he worked with Theodorus and Roland Berger. His background includes financial engineering at Solvay and executive education at Harvard Business School, informing his work with healthcare companies and investment partners.

Patricia Escoffier

Patricia combines scientific expertise with experience in company development and investment. She has worked with Univalor, Neomed/adMare and Neomabs, supporting businesses across the life sciences. She holds a PhD from Pierre and Marie Curie University and brings experience in intellectual property, fundraising and startup development.

Gabrielle Girouard

Gabrielle supports investment evaluation and technical due diligence across healthcare and life sciences. She holds a PhD in biomedical sciences from Université de Montréal. Her research background informs her assessment of emerging technologies and the scientific evidence behind potential investments.

Alexy L. Ouellette

Alexy oversees financial reporting and operational governance across Seido and its investment vehicles. A Chartered Professional Accountant, he brings experience from Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton and Bombardier. His work supports the financial management, fund operations and internal processes behind Seido's investment activities.

Capital Formation Analyst

Charles Pearson

Charles focuses on capital formation and investor relations at Seido. Based in Montréal, he works with limited partners and strategic investors, supporting the firm's fundraising and relationship development. He is a Concordia University alumnus with a background in finance.
